INSTRUCTIONS

This is a Two player Tic-Tac-Toe game and click on box to start the game.
Player1 starts as Player X and Player2 start as Player O
Click on NEWGAME to start a newgame and the other player gets the first turn.
Click on RESTART to reset and play again.
Click on ENDGAME to end the whole game.
